PUC in February 2007 successfully prosecuted a case on behalf of the Defendant by a Notice of Preliminary Objection to the jurisdiction of the Lagos State High Court on the grounds that the subject matter of the Suit falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Federal High Court by virtue of Section 251 of the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Section 138 of the Nigerian Communication Act, Cap N97, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. The Court upheld our submissions and struck out the Suit
