COUNSEL

Job specification
• Legal research and drafting
• Preparation of pleadings and conducting of cases
• Negotiation and preparation of documentation on transactional matters
• Handling of complex ICT, Power, Capital Market, Shipping and Aviation matters

Fresh Counsel: Ref
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) degree from University and Nigeria Law School
• 0 – 2 years post-call-to-bar experience
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Good PC Skills
• Basic knowledge of Nigerian law
• Self confidence
• Not above 30 years old
• Post Graduate Degree in Practice Sections above will be an advantage

Experienced Counsel
• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) degree from university and Nigeria Law School
• 3 - 5 years practice experience in a reputable Law Firm
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Good PC Skills
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian law
• Good Reference from last employer
• Post Graduate Degree is Practice Sections above will be an advantage
