PUC was established in 1985, in Kaduna, Nigeria, for the purpose of providing comprehensive legal services encompassing litigation and transactions. Recognizing Lagos as the commercial nerve centre of Nigeria, PUC, in 1992, moved its head office to Lagos Island, while maintaining the Kaduna office as a branch office.
The ideal location of its head office in the commercial hub of Victoria Island, places PUC within easy distance of many clients across various sectors, ranging from Banking to Oil and Gas, Communications and Maritime, which it has ever since dominated. Today, PUC has extended its branch offices to Abuja (Capital city), and Uyo (Niger Delta region), effectively building a network capable of servicing a wide spectrum of clients' interests.
